Knowledge management solutions
Perhaps you recognize one of these reasons to engage in knowledge
management:
— Not knowing where you can find knowledge.
When employees are having difficulties to know to which colleague
to turn and needed information and knowledge is increasingly hard
to find.
— Not learning from the experiences of your colleagues.
When knowledge is not applied effectively in the way of working,
people do not learn from experiences of colleagues and available knowledge is
not shared sufficiently.
