Successful realization of the New World of Work in your organization
Work more effective, more efficient, and enjoyable
The New World of Work helps to make work more effective, more efficient, and enjoyable for both the organization as the employee. To optimally deploy the organizational knowledge, competencies, and skills the employee is the focal point. He or she can decide how the work is done, where that is done, when it takes place, with whom that work is being done, and what instruments it uses.
Our approach
Our approach is an array, where each project phase — initiation phase, adoption phase, realization phase, and evaluation phase — the activities are divided into four areas — culture, competence, organization, and systems.
From controlling to facilitating
To realize this thorough change successfully our approach is characterized by designing, realizing, and retaining the change in such a way that a permanent improvement results. This means that a situation should arise where the employees — and certainly also the managers — appreciate the change itself and adopt this as a new setting and working method. Only then will there be a permanent improvement. To ensure that employees, middle management, and Executive Board adopt the change itself they have a key role in designing, developing, and implementing the change.
